ABEC spec'd bearings, cast aluminum case, internal fans,
high efficiency diodes, large output post for secure
power cable connections and internal heavy duty
regulator. Nitro series provides over 140 amps at
idle and 290 amps at maximum. Stock OE
chassis 12 volt alternators can't even come close.

APS
regulators with PCM control for Ford Smart Charging ®
are an option for 2009. The APS unit will mount directly onto the OE or aftermarket
bracket and into the OE harness
plug. No brackets, cut wiring or separate wiring

Upgraded output and ground wires are
required due to higher power output.
