This morning APS project managers Phillip Potter and Vince Kresho landed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where they’ll be attending meetings over the next few days and preparing to exhibit next week at IDEX 2019 in Abu Dhabi.
IDEX 2019, slated Feb. 17-21 (Sunday-Thursday), will be APS’s largest show of the year. IDEX is billed by the organizer as the only international defense exhibition and conference in the Middle East and North Africa region focusing on “the latest technology across land, sea and air sectors of defense.”
APS will be exhibiting in the USA Pavilion at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. If you’ll be at IDEX, we invite you to stop by stand C3-009 to say hello and see what’s new.
At IDEX, APS will introduce it latest product offering: the APS-500 Alternator Regulator. This advanced regulator uses CAN (control area network) communication to provide state-of-the-art battery charging and care. You can read more about the new APS-500 in our recent blog post, where you’ll also find the link to sign up for updates on an upcoming MIL-SPEC version.
At the show, Phillip and Vince also will present our trusted high output alternators, dual alternator brackets, high idle controls, DC-DC converters, auxiliary power units, lithium-ion battery storage packs, and other power accessories. Phillip and Vince will be available throughout the conference to discuss APS products and capabilities, which enable some of the world’s most formidable forces to complete critical missions and keep people safe with ample vehicle power.
APS also will be debuting a different look for our stand, along with a fresh video featuring our products and services. Here’s a sneak peek:
