Please note that returned items require APS prior notification and approval. Returned products must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Items shipped to us without an RMA cannot be processed.
To inquire about whether your item is still under warranty, and/or to request an RMA, please complete the Product Support form, and someone will contact you to assist.
Returning Items to APS
Once APS issues an RMA (Return Material Authorization), products may be returned to us.
Guidelines for return shipments apply:
- Returned items must be appropriately packaged to protect them from damage during transport.
- Items must be shipped freight prepaid. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.
