American Power Systems, Inc. does not design bracketry for show or hobby vehicles because of the intensive nature of the design and development process. While we have the capability to design bracketry for nearly any application, we specialize in the design of brackets for armored, security, commercial and other working vehicles. Depending on your hobby vehicle's engine type, however, we may have an off-the-shelf solution. Please feel free to inquire by providing specifications for your custom alternator bracket here.
We take pride in providing customers with the best solutions to meet their unique needs. That’s why we won’t sell you an alternator without discussing your application with you first. Our goal in connecting with customers directly is not to employ high-pressure sales techniques. Most APS products come with a one-year warranty. However, some products do come with a longer or shorter warranty, depending on the item and how it was purchased. If you aren't sure whether your product is under warranty, you can complete a Product Support form, and we will contact you.
Contact us first! It's imperative that you connect with APS before shipping products back to our plant. Returned items require our prior notification and approval, and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Items shipped to us without an RMA cannot be processed. To inquire about whether your item is still under warranty, and/or to request an RMA, please complete the Product Support form, and we will contact you.
Items should be appropriately packaged to protect them from damage during transport. Items must be shipped freight prepaid. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.
